LaserLux provides repair and maintenance for most office machines including
laser printers, fax machines, personal copiers and multifunction machines.
We do not repair computers. Please call or email ahead with the machine
brand and model, error code or condition, and a contact person's name.
We offer Free Telephone Tech Support for the State of Texas at 956-565-9596.
LaserLux does not perform free service calls, so please take advantage of
our telephone technical support to avoid a service call. The CISV labor
rate for a service call is $75.00. This amount covers the initial inspection
and/or repair if parts are not required. If parts are required and the
additional repair quote is approved, there will be a followup visit to install
the parts and test the machine. Followup visits are billed per 1/2 hour
rate of $37.50, parts are extra. Our onsite service hours are Monday through
