Pricing: All pricing in this catalog is based on typical and average order quantities. If you desire to consume mass quantities of LaserLux product, please include us in your next "Request For Offer". We don't mind the extra work.
Payment Terms: Government MasterCard/VISA/AMEX gladly accepted. Signed purchase orders from government/educational institutions accepted via mail or fax only. No verbal purchase orders accepted (primarily because of tracking purposes, not because we don't trust your word). All other payment schemes are subject to intense scrutiny and background investigation by the LaserLux Secret Police.
Shipping Terms: Minimum order is $25. Orders for "New" items totaling $75 or more placed before 4PM Central Standard Time ship FREE Next Day Delivery via FedEx or UPS. Remanufactured, compatible and memory products may take 1 to 5 days for delivery.
Warranties: All LaserLux Remanufactured and Compatible products are 100% guaranteed for their useful life (until they run out of toner). All other products fall under their respective manufacturer's warranties.
Returns: Always call LaserLux first to obtain a return authorization number. No refunds or replacements will be issued for mystery product showing up at our store without an RA#.
