You don't have to punch your way through 6 different phone mail choices, stay on hold for 15 minutes with your credit card, and hope that a real human being with printer knowledge comes to the phone. If there is something you can do to get your machine operating again, we'll let you know. If your machine sounds like it may need repair, we will give you a ballpark quote based on symptoms and/or error codes.
